Most of the time, we can resolve any issues before you even know they exist. However, we will certainly contact if there is an issue that requires you to make a decision or that could potentially impact your operations.

Our website care plans are month to month. We do not require an annual contract. If you notify us that you’d like to cancel, we will continue our service for the remainder of that month. You will not have to make the following month’s payment.

Yes, however, we do require a one time $500 onboarding fee for a website that we didn’t create or that has not had a care plan with us in the last 3 months. Also, you may be required to resolve any issues with your current site before we can begin our website care plan services.

When you sign up for a website care plan, you’ll enter your credit card information through our secure system. The card on file will be automatically charged on the first of every month. If you begin your plan in the middle of the month, your first month’s charge is prorated.
